About The Festival

The Morgan County Film Festival is the original festival presented by Pioneer Entertainment. Hosted in the heart of Pioneer's hometown - Fort Morgan, Colorado - the event strives to showcase developing local talent and filmmakers in Northeast Colorado. The festival stays true to Pioneer's values by providing a friendly reminder to young creatives that breaking into the entertainment industry may require hard work, but Pioneer is here to provide accessibility and support through every step of the journey.

2025 Film Submissions & Categories

Pioneer Entertainment accepts submissions for the Morgan County Film Festival in four different categories:

​Short Films (Films Under 40 Minutes)

Feature Films (Films Over 40 Minutes)

Student Films (Films Created By Media Students)

Proof-Of-Concept Films (Budget Seeking Greenlight)

A Brief Synopsis About Your Films Theme & Contents

A Paragraph About Your Creative Journey

Any Required Licenses (Music, Brands, etc.)
